Email spammers hit the skids [CARTOON]
It’s getting harder and harder for spam to get to your inbox, so if you see a spammer on the streets, have pity.
Last week we learned that the percentage of email that’s spam has fallen to less than 50% for the first time in a decade. The decline in spam is a trend that began five years ago and has continued thanks to more aggressive efforts to rein it in by service providers and law enforcement. While you’re probably happy to get fewer spam emails, try and have a little sympathy for the poor email spammer who may be going through some rough times.
